In today’s untimely and haphazard lifestyle, the most common disorders seen in the population are digestive disorders.
Untimely meals, frequent hostelling, sleep deprivation, skipping meals, and neglecting natural urges, all these and many other factors are contributing major roles in these highly evident disorders.
Such digestive disorders are not limited to physical symptoms. They reflect on the mind of a person.
You might have seen an advertisement for remedies for constipation on TV, right?
The anxious and repressive look on the face of that person tells the whole story.
It shows the pure agony he is facing internally–the feeling of immovable blockedness makes the person restless and panic.
This plugged-up condition of constipation is common among all ages.
Three or fewer bowel movements per week are typical for those with the condition.
Constipated people may have difficulty passing faces or may strain excessively when doing so.
It's possible that some people will have random bouts of symptoms in which they feel constipated and are unable to defecate on a regular basis.
Extra straining caused by chronic constipation can cause abdominal cramping, gas, and rectal pain.
One should not neglect this habit of chronic constipation as a minor thing.
According to Ayurveda, in the long run, it can cause more severe ailments including heart, asthma, etc. so proper care is necessary.
